Become a RedPath Facilitator

Walk alongside others as they find their way forward.

Becoming a RedPath Facilitator means stepping into a role that goes beyond teaching — it is about guiding meaningful change in the lives of individuals, families, and communities.

RedPath facilitators are trained to hold space for difficult conversations, emotional growth, and accountability in a way that is structured, respectful, and effective. You learn how to lead groups with clarity and confidence, navigate difficult behaviours and strong emotions, and support people in understanding the deeper patterns that shape their lives.

This training is not about becoming an expert who lectures others. It is about developing the skills to be a grounded, steady presence who can guide reflection, responsibility, and change. Facilitators leave with practical tools they can use immediately, as well as a deeper understanding of communication, boundaries, and relational leadership.

Many facilitators find that the training transforms their own lives as well. The skills learned — emotional awareness, accountability, and structured communication — strengthen not only program delivery but also personal relationships, teamwork, and leadership in everyday life.

Becoming a RedPath Facilitator means joining a community of people committed to doing work that is honest, impactful, and rooted in human connection.

About the RedPath Facilitator Training

RedPath Facilitator Training prepares you to lead structured, accountable programs that address the emotional and relational roots of behaviour — not just surface symptoms. While many programs focus on compliance, information delivery, or behaviour management, RedPath equips facilitators to guide real change by helping participants understand why they respond the way they do and how to build healthier ways of living.

This training develops your ability to hold group space with clarity, confidence, and compassion. You learn how to support difficult conversations without losing structure, hold accountability without shaming, and work with resistance, strong emotions, and conflict in a steady, grounded way. RedPath facilitators are trained to lead processes that build awareness, responsibility, and lasting behaviour change.

Training is available onsite and online and is designed to be practical, engaging, and immediately applicable in real-world settings. RedPath provides easy to use manuals and structured session guides while still allowing facilitators to respond to the real experiences participants bring into the room. This balance of structure and relational flexibility is one of the key elements that sets RedPath apart.

When you complete the facilitator training, you receive:

Our Approach

RedPath is a trauma-informed, community-based approach that helps people understand the why behind their behaviour and build the skills needed to live differently. It recognizes that many harmful or self-defeating patterns began as ways of coping or surviving, and that lasting change comes through awareness, accountability, and connection.

Rather than focusing on punishment, labels, or surface compliance, RedPath provides practical tools for emotional literacy, responsibility, and healthier ways of relating. Facilitators guide structured conversations, storytelling, and reflection in ways that create safety, dignity, and real opportunity for change. The balance of clear structure and human connection allows participants to explore difficult truths while remaining supported and respected.

Used across Canada for over 20 years in communities, treatment centres, on the land programming, justice settings, and social service organizations, RedPath is designed to be accessible, adaptable, and effective in real-world environments where people need more than theory — they need tools, structure, and space to grow.

RedPath works because it balances structure with humanity. It gives facilitators the confidence of a clear framework while developing the relational skills needed to support real change. It focuses on accountability without shame, emotional awareness without blame, and growth that extends beyond the program room.

RedPath doesn’t just teach you what to say.
It teaches you how to lead change.
