RedPath Facilitator Training
Learn to lead structured programs through storytelling, reflection, and meaningful group conversations. Develop your confidence in navigating strong emotions, supporting difficult discussions, and encouraging accountability without shame.
Training includes program materials, facilitation resources, assessment tools, and ongoing guidance, with certification upon successful completion and a licence agreement for program delivery.

Learn to guide participants in exploring the experiences, emotions, and patterns behind substance use. The program uses storytelling, reflection, and structured group conversations to help people recognize triggers, understand their coping responses, and develop healthier ways to manage cravings, stress, and relationships.
As a facilitator, you learn to work with defensiveness, encourage honest reflection, and support accountability without shame while keeping groups focused and connected.

Learn to support participants in recognizing and changing patterns of violence, aggression, and harmful relationship behaviour. The program explores learned responses, emotional triggers, and the impact of behaviour on partners, families, and communities. Participants practise recognizing escalation, communicating respectfully, setting boundaries, and responding to conflict without harm.
Facilitator training focuses on guiding responsibility-taking, addressing minimization and blame, and maintaining clear boundaries during difficult conversations.

Learn to help children and youth understand their emotions, recognize their strengths, and make thoughtful choices. With age-group versions for 7–10, 11–14, and 15–18, the program explores friendships, peer pressure, bullying, substance use, and everyday challenges through guided activities and discussion.
Facilitators learn to encourage participation, support healthy emotional expression, and build confidence and responsibility while maintaining structure and boundaries.

Learn to support people preparing for employment, education, or apprenticeship. The program explores the emotional and personal foundations of readiness, including confidence, communication, accountability, and the ability to follow through when challenges arise.
Participants identify strengths and barriers, set realistic goals, and develop plans for moving forward. Facilitators learn to guide reflection, sustain engagement, and help participants connect what they learn to their next steps in work and education.
